Shirt Care instructions
Please wash shirts inside out. Hang dry or use the lowest setting. If needing ironed do so inside out on low. We use the highest quality materials available but these steps will ensure an even longer life.
Please See our listings for size charts. Feedback has been consistent as “true to size.” If you’re an XL in some brands and a 2XL in others, I would suggest ordering the 2XL. Better to be too big than too small.
Please also note that while we do our best to match - there may be shade differences between shirts due to the way dye reacts to each shirt from the manufacturer.
These are all handcrafted items and are not licensed or official merchandise. Since these are handcrafted items, items may vary slightly and may be slightly off in a way but within a pre-determined tolerance.
When will my package arrive?
Please take note that processing time is not when the package will arrive to you. Processing time is typically 5 BUSINESS days but may vary by listing and then your item(s) will ship via USPS. If processing time is any different please view the specific listing on the item(s) you are interested in.
Custom and personalized orders
We accept custom orders! If the item(s) are just needing customizations with names you do not need to contact us or submit a request. You simply add the item to your cart from the drop down boxes and add the personalization request in the note (personalization box). At checkout there is a Notes to Seller box where you could put any special notes. If no personalization info is specified you will receive the product with no personalization. IF you request or have a custom listing made it is your responsibility to review all information before submitting the order to ensure accuracy as we don’t offer proofs
Package Delayed or Damaged
As rare as it is, we are not responsible for shipping delays, damages, return to sender, or lost packages that occur from USPS. We generate our shipping label the day that we ship your product(s) and the transit time varies by geographic location. If the package is delayed beyond your event date but shipped on time or early, we cannot offer a refund as it's beyond our control and they were made custom.
Can I Cancel or change?
If you’ve placed an order we do not accept any cancellations for any reason as outlined in our shop policies. Whether it's for temporary or permanent closure of parks. We do allow changes within the first 12 hours typically but it may delay shipping of your order.
